When hard work is instilled in you from a young age, it becomes the norm for your everyday life.
My parents immigrated to Canada from Lebanon in 1976 with six kids (ranging in age from two to 13). There was no other option for my father than to work hard and provide for us. We watched (and learned) as he tirelessly worked to put food in our bellies and clothes on our backs. This is the dedication and hard work that's been a model for me my whole life.
I am now a mother to two wonderful boys, and I strive - in everything I do - to teach them the life lessons and successes that come from hard work.
